[Topic] - A NEW BEGINNING
[Scripture] - Exodus 40:2 (ESV): " “On the first day of the first month you shall erect the tabernacle of the tent of meeting."
[Message] - Good morning ☺. Happy new year.
Welcome to 2016. May this year be a prosperous, fulfilling year filled with blessings, favour, grace, promotions, opportunities, and all the desires of your heart. It's a promising year and God is set to surprise people positively this year. However, God must dwell in your heart and home to accomplish this.
Like He did with Obededom, the ark of God must dwell with you to experience the blessings of God (2 Samuel 6:11), and the ark of God represents the presence of God. That brings a lot to mind, the first being that the presence of God can dwell with you, no matter how rough 2015 was for you.
If you make up your mind to have a new beginning with God, I can assure you, He's ready also. He has said it in His Word (John 6:37). He's a God of second and third chances.
Make up your mind to start afresh with Him; if you aren't born again, this is an opportunity for a new beginning. If you have been lazy about studying the Word and praying fervently, it's an opportunity for a new beginning. If you have something that doesn't belong to you, it's another opportunity for restitution. If you haven't been living a holy life, it's another opportunity for a new beginning.
As we see in our anchor scripture, there's an instruction there for us to erect the tabernacle on the first day of the first month. This means that on the first of January, set up God's tabernacle. As soon as this is done, you will begin to see mighty wonders that God will do in your life. I will hear your testimony soon. See you at the top! Amen. #SELAH
